Market Trends and Insights

Remote work continues to be the preference for candidates seeking new opportunities. And new requirements for employees to return to the office on hybrid or full-time schedules are motivating many of these applicants. Companies are increasingly pushing back on remote options for new employees, resulting in less opportunity for fully remote roles. Companies looking to hire top talent for hybrid or in office roles are facing a challenging environment as candidates continue to push back on relocation.
