Jesus Perez has been with D.W. Simpson for over 20 years. In his current role as a Recruiter, he focuses on full-cycle recruitment for all levels of actuaries, data scientists and quantitative risk management professionals for Life, Health, P&C, Investments and Pensions.
Jesus excels at matching candidates with their perfect role. He continues the process by thoroughly coaching them before their interviews and believes that preparation is the key to successful interviews. His attention to detail ensures that candidates have all the tools necessary to succeed and he is always available to answer questions, provide information and discuss feedback.
Prior to devoting his time as a full-time recruiter, Jesus was Manager of Operations for DW Simpson. His exposure to operations gave him a firm footing in the workings of a recruiting firm, and a wide knowledge of the actuarial industry. The experience he gained as a manager brings great value to his present workdays.
