Well-established, regional Health Provider and Plan is looking for a Medicare Risk Adjustment expert to lead HCC analysis, optimization, and education as the Director of Risk Adjustment. This is a hands on role for someone who can translate medical codes into insights on members and providers, implement improvements designed to improve accuracy and increase revenue, and spot gaps in CMS submissions and execute solutions for eliminating them. Experience with EPIC, Tapestry, HEDIS, and/or Clarity is a plus, but Risk Adjustment expertise, technical know-how, and solid organization and communication skills are more highly valued. This is a 5-Star Medicare Advantage plan with an aggressive growth strategy and clearly defined upward momentum. This hire will be a key strategic player in continuing that growth, will lead a team, and have extensive interaction and visibility to senior leadership.




Diverse reinsurance client is seeking a FSA/FCIA or equivalent with 5+ years life insurance or reinsurance experience, preferably in valuation or financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, modeling in AXIS, and familiarity with USGAAP LDTI is required. Must be able to work independently and possess great people skills, specifically in building and managing relationships within the organization. (#49571)

The ideal candidate would be highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead projects/people as well as work well both independently and in teams. Excellent communication, time management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Must have superior Excel skills and some knowledge of SAS, SQL.
