Candidate will be responsible for managing a Reserving team as well as coordinating and performing analysis to calculate the reserves needed to support the exposures of company re/insurance products. Must have excellent communication skills, maintain a high level of expertise and product knowledge to serve as a resource for clients and staff, and familiar within the Swiss regulatory environment. Growing Reinsurance client in Bermuda is in search for a FCAS/FIA with 4+ years of actuarial experience including loss reserving and forecasting techniques. This individual must have solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts and their impact on re/insurance as well as knowledge of the latest and most widely accepted actuarial reserving techniques for (re)insurance liabilities. Midwest Life client has an exciting opportunity for a student actuary or ASA with up to 5 years of relevant experience. This individual will be part of a strong collaborative team and provide mathematical and technical support in the development of insurance products. Familiarity with pricing assumption development, asset and liability modeling, risk management analysis, and predictive analytics is preferred. Well known Life insurance client is in search for a FSA or near FSA with 6+ years’ experience working in the life insurance industry. The ideal individual would have experience with US GAAP, US Statutory/NAIC reserving, and proficiency in MS Office and any actuarial valuation software. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and manage several projects , and a demonstrated desire to take initiative and run with projects.  The ability to view the “big picture”, understand broad corporate impacts, and interact with executive management/investors is essential. Growing Georgia seeks a student actuary with 3+ years of actuarial experience including 2 years of Commercial or Medicare Advantage pricing experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to client projects through building and/or updating spreadsheets, programming and checking code.
