Life insurance company in Texas is searching for an ASA or FSA with 5-10 years actuarial experience and strong understanding of life insurance and annuity products. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker, possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and be a great communicator. The ability to independently manage multiple critical projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines is essential. Experience with Prophet, CASE, ARCVAL, ARCBase and Experience Analyzer a plus. This individual should be familiar with CFC data sources, such as Reporting Systems, eCLAS, Diamond, AMPS, CMS, BW, PAD. Must be able to assess data structures, articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients, and work both independently and as a team. Candidate should be highly analytical, proficient in Excel, and well experienced with VBA, SQL, writing SAS code, R and/or Python and Hadoop file system. Java or C# are a plus.
