Candidate will support pricing portfolio functions and some underwriting duties for Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) Credit Risk Transfer transactions for the mortgage industry. This individual should possess strong knowledge of quantitative methods and product pricing methodologies and have a strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and metrics including experience in pooling of assets, structuring of cash flows and modeling priority of payments. Well known California client is seeking an ACAS or new FCAS with at least 2+ years’ experience who is comfortable being an individual contributor and doing statistical analysis. Candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on actuarial, SOX, accounting, and finance deliverables prepared by the actuarial P&C team. Must be able to lead a small staff. Some travel required.
