Must be able to collaborate closely and effectively with Underwriting and Product Management. Reserving experience is required, must be proficient in Excel & Access. Candidate must be familiar with MetaRisk or similar software, fluent in multiple computer languages, and able to translate mathematical models into strategic advice. This individual will be will lead the development, implementation, and launch of a new commercial auto product, so prior strategic planning and project management experience is required. Must be able to analyze statistical data, transform strategy into actionable plans, and communicate effectively with all levels. The ideal individual would have a thorough understanding of policy forms, pricing schemes, claims, actuarial and finance in the underwriting process. Must be able to maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, possess excellent communication, and the ability to grasp complex mathematical concepts.
