Senior Recruiter

Valorie holds the role of Senior Recruiter on a team with Senior Manager, Dan Karrow. She joined DW Simpson in 2005 as an Assistant to the late Managing Partner & Founder, David Simpson.

Valorie works with all levels of actuaries and other quantitative risk management professionals to provide them with as many suitable opportunities as possible during their job search. In addition to her daily candidate and client management responsibilities, she also serves as DW Simpson's Meeting Coordinator. Valorie facilitates DW Simpson's attendance at various industry events throughout the year by handling registration and accommodations of attendees as well as partnering with local purveyors to organize related DWS sponsored activities.

Prior to DW Simpson, Valorie worked as a Human Resources Assistant for Dart Container Corporation in Michigan.

Valorie graduated from Michigan State University earning a Bachelor's degree in General Management. Outside the office Valorie enjoys spending time with her husband, attending concerts and traveling.
