Carol joined DW Simpson as a recruiter in August of 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Carol served as Special Events and Marketing Manager for a local non-profit. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Carol attended Vanderbilt University for her Bachelor's Degree, and spent a semester abroad in Australia. After graduation, Carol lived and worked in New York City before moving to Chicago in 2007 to pursue her Master's in Public Service at DePaul University, during which she spent a winter intersession in Nairobi, Kenya to study "International Health, Social Welfare, and Development."

In her free time, Carol serves as Vice President of the Korean American Community Services Young Leaders Board, and enjoys volunteering at the Anti-Cruelty Society, traveling, eating great food and spending time with friends.
