Liz joined DW Simpson as a Researcher in June 2008. She previously worked as a Researcher for a consultancy company specialising in behavioural change and helping companies/ individuals to become high performers. Prior to moving to Australia from New Zealand, Liz was a Human Resources Manager and Industrial Relations Officer in the airline industry.

Liz has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand majoring in Human Resources and Economics with a minor in Computer studies. She has also undertaken post graduate study in psychology at Macquarie University in Sydney.
