SALLY EZRA
Partner

Sally joined DW Simpson as a recruiter in June of 1994, and is now a Partner with the firm. With two fellow Partners, Sally manages the day-to-day operations of DW Simpson and is involved with business development. She also has spoken at actuarial society meetings and has contributed articles on actuarial employment trends to actuarial society newsletters. Prior to joining DW Simpson, Sally worked for six years at The First National Bank of Chicago as a Commercial Account Manager and Business Developer. Additionally, she was responsible for internal staff education and training employees on Individual Retirement Accounts.

Sally earned a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in the History of Art from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in 1989. Sally and her three children live on the North Side of Chicago, where her two sons and daughter are involved in a variety of sports and recreational activities. Sally's outside interests include coaching little league baseball, volunteering for her children's various sports and extra-curricular and school activities, and traveling. Sally also vows to dust off the golf game she so enjoyed before having children.

Sally has contributed to or been interviewed for many articles about the actuarial employment market. These include Future Fellows in 2006 and 2005, as well as The Future Actuary in 2005, 2003, 1999 and 1997.
